We operate with a simple philosophy: move fast, think like owners, and hold a high standard.<br />This is not a “sit back and learn someday” role.<br />You will be in the business, working directly with leadership, helping drive decisions that impact real dollars.<br />Opportunity<br /><br />We are looking for a hungry, high-capacity student who wants real exposure to finance, operations, and growth.<br />You will work directly with our leadership team on:<br />Financial reporting<br />Forecasting (AOP / business planning)<br />Data analysis across markets, trades, and customers<br />Operational problem solving<br />What You’ll Be Doing<br /><br />Build and maintain financial models (revenue, margin, forecasting)<br />Support monthly business reviews and KPI tracking<br />Analyze job-level profitability, labor trends, and purchasing data<br />Assist in budgeting and forecasting (FY26 AOP and beyond)<br />Work with large datasets (ADVANCED Excel required, Power BI a plus)<br />Identify issues ? bring solutions (not just observations)<br />Requirements<br /><br />What We’re Looking For<br /><br />Current student or recent graduate at University of Central Florida (Finance, Accounting)<br />Strong in Excel (you know your way around formulas and pivots)<br />Analytical mindset with attention to detail<br />High ownership / low ego<br />Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment<br />Willing to be in-office and engaged with the team<br />Nike-level work ethic – you show up early, stay late when needed, and take pride in outworking expectations (this is not a clock-in/clock-out role)<br />You currently live in the Orlando, Fl area<br />What You’ll Get<br /><br />Direct exposure to executive-level decision making<br />Real financial and operational experience (not theoretical)<br />Mentorship from leadership<br />Opportunity to grow<br />What This Role Is (And IS NOT)<br /><br />IS - Empire Builder role ? you will be challenged<br />NOT - Passive role - You will work in the office<br />IS live presentation skills NOT a Teams Meeting Environment<br />IS for someone who wants to accelerate their career by 3–5 years<br />How to Apply<br /><br />Send your resume and a short note on why you want to be in this environment (not just why you need a job)<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
