Patient Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative - Patient Customer Service.<br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, or private insurance carriers<br />Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances<br />Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />High School Diploma or GED equivalent<br />1 year or more customer service experience<br />Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications<br />Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency<br />Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
