Description<br /><br />The Digital &amp; Marketing Operations Specialist is a key member of the Marketing &amp; Communications team at Kamco, responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies to enhance Kamco's brand image, market visibility, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for storytelling.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Digital Marketing Execution &amp; Support<br /><br />Support SEO and paid search (Google Ads) initiatives in coordination with external partners<br /><br />Assist with campaign setup, execution, and ongoing optimization across digital channels<br /><br />Support email marketing efforts including newsletters, promotions, and customer communications<br /><br />Track and summarize marketing performance metrics (traffic, engagement, campaign results) for internal stakeholders<br /><br />Website Support &amp; Content Updates<br /><br />Support ongoing updates to kamcoboston.com and related marketing pages<br /><br />Coordinate website content updates, form changes, landing page edits, and minor enhancements<br /><br />Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to submit, track, and validate website changes<br /><br />Review updates in test or staging environments and confirm accuracy prior to deployment<br /><br />Help identify and flag website issues related to content, usability, or customer experience<br /><br />Creative Asset Creation &amp; Content Support<br /><br />Create and update marketing and promotional assets using Canva or related tools (digital signage content, campaign and promotional graphics, website banners and visuals, internal and external presentation materials)<br /><br />Ensure creative assets follow Kamco branding and messaging standards<br /><br />Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for more advanced creative or design needs when required<br /><br />Vendor &amp; Marketing Operations Coordination<br /><br />Act as the day‑to‑day contact for digital marketing, website, SEO, and advertising vendors<br /><br />Schedule meetings, track deliverables, and follow up on action items<br /><br />Coordinate timelines and priorities across multiple concurrent marketing and website requests<br /><br />Support light project management activities such as task tracking, communication coordination, and deadline management<br /><br />Cross‑Functional Collaboration<br /><br />Partner with Sales, Operations, IT, and Leadership to support marketing and website needs<br /><br />Translate business requests into clear marketing tasks, creative updates, or vendor requests<br /><br />Lead recurring marketing, website, and campaign review meetings<br /><br />Maintain Marketing Calendar<br /><br />Support overall internal Communications<br /><br />Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)<br /><br />Individual Contributor Role: Yes<br /><br />Direct reports: No<br /><br />Requirements<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<br /><br />5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution roles<br /><br />Experience supporting website content updates and working with external web vendors<br /><br />Experience coordinating work with external agencies or vendors<br /><br />Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities<br /><br />High attention to detail and strong follow through<br /><br />Clear written and verbal communication skills<br /><br />Strong experience with AI tools such as CoPilot to help with content creation, and overall productivity<br /><br />Preferred<br /><br />Experience supporting SEO and Google Ads initiatives<br /><br />Hands‑on experience using Canva for marketing and digital asset creation<br /><br />Familiarity with CMS platforms<br /><br />Experience in B2B, construction, distribution, or building materials industries<br /><br />Project Management experience<br /><br />Tools &amp; Skills<br /><br />Canva<br /><br />Google Ads and Ad Network<br /><br />Google Analytics (or similar tools)<br /><br />CMS platforms<br /><br />Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook, Planner, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
