It is how we connect with the people who need us for the representation they deserve.<br /><br />OPPORTUNITY<br />As we continue to define the future of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense, we are seeking a high‑caliber marketer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will leverage your creative flair to develop compelling content, optimize online presence, and execute targeted advertising strategies across multiple platforms. You will build campaigns, create content, analyze results, and optimize customer journeys — identifying opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, conversion, and customer value.<br /><br />This full‑time, salaried position is based in our Tacoma office.<br /><br />This is not a remote position.<br /><br />THE IDEAL CANDIDATE<br /><br />Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with 2–4 years of experience in marketing — ideally in a professional services, legal, or lead‑generation‑driven environment.<br /><br />Campaign Ownership: Demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, creating content, analyzing results, and optimizing based on data.<br /><br />Customer Journey & Growth Focus: Understanding of the full funnel, with a proactive approach to increasing traffic, engagement, conversion, and long‑term client value.<br /><br />Software Proficiency: Comfort with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or graphic editor program, WordPress, project management tools, and CRM (Clio Grow or comparable).<br /><br />Compliance Acumen: Demonstrated ability to draft or coordinate marketing copy while navigating attorney advertising rules and internal review processes.<br /><br />Preferred: Sales, retail, or performance‑marketing background; Google Ads, Google Analytics.<br /><br />RESPONSIBILITIES<br />Digital Marketing & Paid Media<br /><br />Plan, schedule, and manage social content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Spotify, and TikTok<br /><br />Coordinate paid campaigns (Google Ads, LSAs, Meta Ads Manager) with agency partners and report on cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑case<br /><br />Manage email, mobile, and traditional advertising (radio, billboards, newsletters)<br /><br />Website & SEO<br /><br />Partner with our SEO vendor on website updates, landing pages, and content<br /><br />Audit content for ranking and user experience opportunities; monitor Google Analytics and Search Console<br /><br />Brand & Reputation<br /><br />Maintain profiles on Avvo, SuperLawyers, BBB, Yelp, and Google<br /><br />Lead review generation campaigns and manage a defined response protocol, including for negative reviews<br /><br />Monitor brand mentions across the web and flag reputation risks to leadership<br /><br />Content & Legal Advertising Compliance<br /><br />Draft or coordinate blog posts, practice area pages, case results, and newsletter copy<br /><br />Write ad copy for paid search and social campaigns<br /><br />Ensure all advertising, case results, and testimonials comply with Washington RPC 7.1–7.3 attorney advertising rules, routing content through attorney/compliance review prior to publication<br /><br />Vendor & Budget Management<br /><br />Own day‑to‑day tracking of the marketing budget across channels and vendors<br /><br />Manage contracts, deliverables, invoices, and purchase orders for outside vendors and contractors<br /><br />Analytics & Reporting<br /><br />Manage inbound leads and data in our CRM<br /><br />Track KPIs and campaign performance, translating data into actionable strategy<br /><br />Production<br /><br />Shoot and edit short‑form video, graphics, and photos for social and web<br /><br />Manage on‑site photography and support for trade shows and community events<br /><br />EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER<br />Puget Law Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
