At our Fresno location, we help local businesses grow through impactful signage and creative branding. We’re currently seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team!<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Design custom signs, vehicle wraps, banners, displays, and more<br /><br />Prepare files for printing, vinyl cutting, or CNC routing (pre‑press setup)<br /><br />Collaborate with sales and production teams to deliver high‑quality work on time<br /><br />Communicate with customers for design approvals and revisions<br /><br />Maintain quality, brand standards, and project accuracy<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />1–3 years of graphic design experience (sign or print industry preferred)<br /><br />Proficiency on PC in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop<br /><br />Strong eye for layout, color, and typography<br /><br />Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment<br /><br />Effective communication and customer service skills<br /><br />High school diploma or equivalent (design education a plus)<br /><br />Preferred (But Not Required)<br /><br />Experience with vinyl cutting, wide‑format printing, or CNC machines<br /><br />Familiarity with RIP software<br /><br />Benefits<br /><br />Competitive hourly pay starting at $20+ (based on experience)<br /><br />Health insurance options<br /><br />401(k) with employer contribution<br /><br />Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays<br /><br />Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or weekends<br /><br />Career development opportunities through FASTSIGNS University<br /><br />Supportive, creative team environment<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
