If you are unable to complete this application due to a disability, contact this employer to ask for an accommodation or an alternative application process.<br /><br />Full Time Clerical Fresno, CA, US<br /><br />30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1035<br /><br />Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually<br /><br />The Product Support Salesperson is responsible for performing general and specific sales of parts, service, and maintenance programs and selected warehouse products to the highest industry standards.<br /><br />Salary + Commission ($100k annual potential)<br />$60k first year Training Salary<br />Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned<br /><br />Prepare professional sales quotes, with accurate pricing and required background materials to sell parts, service and selected warehouse products.<br /><br />Secure proper authorization from Management for quotes and non-standard transactions<br /><br />Actively prospect geographical territory for new customers, this will require regular “cold calling”.<br /><br />Consistent contact with existing customer base to secure Service Contracts and parts business.<br /><br />Provide service to all customers regardless of territorial location, provide leads for all J.M. services and products<br /><br />Parts delivery and pick up as needed or requested<br /><br />Manage all equipment deliveries of equipment to help secure service contracts<br /><br />Educate customers on operation, charging and maintenance of all equipment<br /><br />Assist Rental Department and Collections Department as needed<br /><br />Participate in Saturday Service Department staffing responsibilities<br /><br />Accountability to management in the form of daily activities, call sheets, prospecting, goal setting and minimum performance standards as stated in the salesman’s agreement.<br /><br />Accurately manage customer list, maintain and build database.<br /><br />Educational Requirements<br /><br />High School diploma or equivalent<br /><br />Rudimentary knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures, and internal combustion engine design.<br /><br />Physical Requirements<br /><br />Walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, and lifting requirement to a maximum of 75 lbs.<br /><br />Other Requirements<br /><br />Forklift Certified (or ability to be certified)<br /><br />Ability to work independently<br /><br />Good Communication and Customer Service Skills<br /><br />We offer<br /><br />Competitive compensation and company vehicle<br /><br />Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance<br /><br />401k with Company Match and profit sharing<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
