Working remotely, you will be on the frontlines, leveraging your communication and troubleshooting skills to address technical inquiries and meet customer needs swiftly and expertly.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Deliver top‑tier technical support.<br /><br />Engage with customers via phone and other channels.<br /><br />Diagnose and solve technical problems.<br /><br />Ensure high customer satisfaction.<br /><br />Collaborate with teams for issue resolution.<br /><br />Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.<br /><br />Adhere to company policies and procedures.<br /><br />Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls.<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />Strong technical aptitude.<br /><br />Proficiency in technical issue resolution.<br /><br />Familiarity with customer service software.<br /><br />High‑speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).<br /><br />Excellent communication skills.<br /><br />Ability to convey technical information clearly.<br /><br />Remote troubleshooting experience.<br /><br />Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.<br /><br />Dedicated remote work environment.<br /><br />Experience in remote work settings.<br /><br />Shift flexibility, including weekends.<br /><br />Hours &amp; Schedule<br />Representative training lasts 30 days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST) followed by a 2–4 week onboarding period on the same schedule. Upon completion, representatives transition to a late‑shift schedule of 9:30 AM–6:00 PM CST, Monday‑Friday.
