This position will need to understand enrollmentmanagement marketing/communication needs and objectives and ensureall recruitment marketing and communication align with Universitystandards, strategy and priorities.<br /><br />Minimum Qualifications<br />Education/experience:<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree required.<br /><br />Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, strong Excel,Power Point and Word skills and experience required.<br /><br />Experience with enrollment CRM platforms/communication CRMplatforms (ex: Slate).<br /><br />Communication and other skills:<br /><br />Excellent written (including editing) and oral communicationskills.<br /><br />Knowledge or ability to learn and adhere to AP Styleguidelines.<br /><br />Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions whileworking independent<br /><br />Management of social media accounts on platforms includingInstagram and TikTok.<br /><br />Photography and videography recording and editing for multipleplatforms.<br /><br />Basic graphic design skills (or experience in a self-servicedesign platform like Canva).<br /><br />Basic web editing. Knowledge of web and email accessibilitystandards.<br /><br />High proficiency in project management, attention to detail,prioritization of work and organizational skills required.<br /><br />Ability to build relationships and develop trust withstakeholders.<br /><br />Ability to contribute to team projects.<br /><br />A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic coupledwith a sense of responsibility and integrity required.<br /><br />Ability to work under minimal supervision, tight timeconstraints, and periodic high-volume circumstances.<br /><br />Willingness and ability to take direction from various sourcesrequired.<br /><br />Must be flexible and available outside of normal business hours.May be required to respond to urgent matters at all times of theday and/or on scheduled days off.<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Prefer minimum of three years of marketing, project managementexperience, and/or enrollment management experience.<br /><br />Conditions of Employment<br />To promote the highest levels of health and well-being, theUniversity of Toledo campuses are tobacco-free.
