Because at UKG, your work matters—and so do you.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary finance business partner to GTM and Sales leadership, providing decision support on headcount investments, expense management, and resource allocationLead GTM headcount planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking against targets in partnership with HR and business leadersAnalyze financial performance versus plan, delivering insights on key drivers and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholdersBuild and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making for GTM investments and growth initiativesDrive expense discipline by monitoring spend trends and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvementsPartner cross-functionally with Corporate FP&amp;A, Sales Finance, and HR to ensure alignment across planning, reporting, and operational processesSupport annual planning (AOP), monthly close, and corporate reporting deliverables, while continuously improving forecasting and reporting processesSkills / QualificationsStrong experience supporting business leaders in a finance business partnering roleDemonstrated expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelingExperience managing headcount planning and Opex for a sales or GTM organizationAdvanced Excel / financial modeling skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage processes independently under general supervisionEducation/Certification/LicenseBusiness Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of experience in Go To Market Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations Finance, or FP&amp;ACompany Overview:UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
