Career Opportunities with Harrison, Walker and Harper<br /><br />Job Title :<br /><br />Inventory Specialist<br />Location : Maxton, NC<br />Company : We Pack Logistics<br />Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits<br />Role Overview:<br /><br />We're looking for an<br /><br />Inventory Specialist<br /><br />to join our team and help support the activities of the Inventory Department. You will act as a first level of inventory support for the company by auditing and reporting upon the accuracy of company and customer inventory records.<br />STARTING PAYRATE:<br /><br />$18-$24 per hour, based on experience<br />PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE:<br /><br />Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm<br />*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed<br />What You'll Do:<br /><br />Perform cycle counts daily, or on the necessary frequency, of customer and company owned product that are event driven or system scheduled.<br />Identify and determine the causes of discrepancies between the count and the records by performing basic system and issue research.<br />Perform special inventories of product as requested and receipt/shipment reconciliation counts as necessary.<br />What We're Looking For:<br /><br />Associate’s degree (A.A.) or six months to 1-year related experience.<br />Forklift certification or experience required.<br />Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.<br />Knowledge of supply chain or logistics practices is a plus.<br />Benefits You Can Actually Benefit From:<br /><br />Work-Life Balance : We offer 9 paid holidays each year, along with generous paid time off (PTO) for vacation and personal needs, ensuring you have the time to recharge and focus on what matters most.<br />Retirement Savings : We provide a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match, helping you save for the future while enjoying today.<br />Comprehensive Health Benefits : We offer a full suite of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to ensure you and your family are covered.
