Customer Service Representative - Call Center<br />Bath Planet by NW Bath Specialists<br />Pay:<br /><br />$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission<br />NOT A REMOTE POSITION<br />Job Location: Spokane Valley<br /><br />Bath Planet by NW Bath Specialists is looking for an upbeat, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced call center. This role is focused on providing excellent customer service, following up with homeowners, and scheduling free in-home bathroom design consultations.<br /><br />If you are confident on the phone, enjoy helping customers, can multitask, and are motivated by performance-based pay, we would like to hear from you.<br /><br />What You’ll Do<br /><br />Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly.<br /><br />Make up to 200 outbound calls and follow-ups each day to assigned customers and leads.<br /><br />Contact homeowners who requested information about bathroom remodeling projects.<br /><br />Qualify customers, answer basic questions, and schedule in-home design consultations.<br /><br />Offer same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible.<br /><br />Complete appointment confirmations by phone, text, and email.<br /><br />Multitask throughout the day by managing calls, texts, emails, appointment confirmations, and follow-up tasks.<br /><br />Use a computer throughout your shift to accurately enter customer information, appointment details, call notes, and outcomes into our CRM.<br /><br />Follow the company call script while keeping conversations friendly and natural.<br /><br />Meet daily expectations for calls, contacts, appointments set, confirmations, and accurate data entry.<br /><br />Work closely with the sales and customer-care teams to create a great customer experience.<br /><br />What We’re Looking For<br /><br />Strong phone, communication, and customer-service skills.<br /><br />Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.<br /><br />Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.<br /><br />Strong multitasking, computer, and data-entry skills.<br /><br />Ability to quickly and accurately document customer conversations while working on the phone.<br /><br />Reliable attendance and ability to stay focused in a busy call-center environment.<br /><br />Basic experience with email, texting, and CRM software.<br /><br />Customer service, call center, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred, but not required.<br /><br />Ability to follow a process, handle objections professionally, and ask for the appointment.<br /><br />Compensation<br /><br />$18-$22 per hour, based on experience.<br /><br />Commission opportunities based on performance and appointments set.<br /><br />Full training and ongoing coaching provided.<br /><br />Opportunity to grow with an established bathroom remodeling company.<br /><br />Bath Planet by NW Bath Specialists has helped homeowners improve their bathrooms for years.
