Position Location: This position will require you to work onsite located at 140 58th Street Brooklyn, NY.<br /><br />We are hiring<br /><br />Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives<br /><br />for our office in Brooklyn, New York who will support incoming calls from New York City residents. In this position you will find yourself speaking with New Yorkers that need your help navigating through work orders, departments that they need to speak with, answering questions, and even handling resident complaints professionally which can be challenging; however, once resolved it will be very fulfilling. This is a full-time position with full health and wellness benefits. We offer paid training, time off, and other employer perks!<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents related to city-oriented issues<br /><br />Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers and provide services with courtesy and patience<br /><br />Creating work orders, dispatching work to specific departments, responding to routine questions, and taking and reporting complaints from the customer<br /><br />Provide accurate information in a timely, professional and courteous manner<br /><br />Direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action<br /><br />Build upon knowledge through product training, interactions with support staff and quality that will enhance daily performance and call handling<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (working directly with customers solving problems); Associate degree, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience<br /><br />Must be able to work onsite only at our Brooklyn, NY location<br /><br />Bilingual in Spanish with strong command of the English Language with the ability to assist customers both in English and Spanish (training will be in English)<br /><br />Professional written and verbal communication skills<br /><br />Commitment to professionalism and a positive customer service experience<br /><br />High level of computer proficiency and strong communication skills<br /><br />Thrive in a fast‑paced environment dealing with all types of customers and personalities<br /><br />Willing to work evenings or overnight shifts with weekend schedule availability<br /><br />Benefits &amp; Perks<br /><br />Bilingual only $17 per hour – Training Wage<br /><br />Bilingual only $18-19 per hour– After Training Wage (based on shift selection) + earn weekly attendance/performance bonuses<br /><br />Full health and wellness benefits Day 1 of employment<br /><br />Paid time off<br /><br />401(k) retirement plan + company paid life insurance<br /><br />Equal Opportunity Employer<br />Continuum is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
