About the Role<br />The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent client communication, managing status updates, and ensuring homeowners receive timely information about their projects. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful, professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and clear spoken English with little to no accent.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Provide status updates to clients regarding their roofing or repair projects.<br /><br />Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries or concerns.<br /><br />Maintain detailed records of client communications and project updates.<br /><br />Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure accurate client information.<br /><br />Organize and update digital files, reports, and contact lists.<br /><br />Support administrative tasks and follow up on open items as needed.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Strong verbal communication skills in English (clear and neutral accent required).<br /><br />Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.<br /><br />Previous customer service experience preferred (construction, repair, or service industry experience a plus).<br /><br />Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.<br /><br />Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).<br /><br />Trainable, reliable, and able to work independently.<br /><br />This is a 100% Remote Job<br /><br />Up to $6/hr<br /><br />Full time<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
