HRIS Data Analyst

Job Summary<br />The Data Analyst provides IT support for Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Responsibilities include HR data analysis, developing queries and programs to extract and present information, data conversion and manipulation, and ensuring HR data integrity. The analyst uses SQL and other standard Upstate data extraction and reporting tools to provide operational and key performance metrics for both internal and external use. Additionally, they create user documentation, procedures, and assist in training users on new or updated functionality.<br /><br />Minimum Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology and 3 years of relevant experience.<br /><br />Excellent written and verbal communication, computer, analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.<br /><br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Previous experience with data analysis and design, programming, and/or SQL databases.<br /><br />Work Days<br />Monday‑Friday, days.<br /><br />Message To Applicants<br />This role is based in Syracuse, NY, with opportunities for hybrid work arrangements.<br /><br />Recruitment Office: Human Resources<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
