Job Schedule: 9/80<br /><br />– Employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, and have every other Friday off.<br /><br />Job Summary<br /><br />As an<br /><br />Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst<br /><br />at our company, you will apply and grow your skills to deliver, manage, and present lifecycle maintenance solutions for both external (military, civilian, and international) and internal customers.<br /><br />The qualified candidate will become a<br /><br />Subject Matter Expert (SME)<br /><br />in maintainability and maintenance support for the company's Communication Systems, including tactical radio and VSAT products.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />ILS Analysts regularly use data-driven models to:<br /><br />Develop custom spares lists and hardware provisioning.<br /><br />Conduct hardware maintainability analyses.<br /><br />Perform Maintenance Task Analyses (MTA) and Level of Repair Analyses (LORA).<br /><br />Develop Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs) and other reports in accordance with customer requirements.<br /><br />The<br /><br />Integrated Logistics Support Department<br /><br />is committed to delivering customer-focused, accurate maintainability data and plans with flawless execution. In this role, you'll collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to assess and fulfill current and future support needs. For example, ILS Analysts work closely with technical publication writers to help develop Intermediate Maintenance Manuals.<br /><br />Preferred Candidate Profile<br />We are looking for an independent, detail-oriented professional with strong collaboration skills and mechanical aptitude. The most successful ILS Analysts enjoy working with data and solving problems with precision.<br /><br />Essential Functions<br /><br />Deliver ILS data and required reports in accordance with program and customer specifications.<br /><br />Manage projects or processes with general supervision.<br /><br />Communicate with both internal and external contacts to explain and interpret ILS processes and procedures.<br /><br />Recommend improvements to systems and processes.<br /><br />Meet operational targets for specific programs/projects with moderate departmental impact.<br /><br />Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a U.S. Secret-level security clearance.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Bachelor's degree<br /><br />and a minimum of 4 years of relevant ILS experience<br /><br />Graduate degree<br /><br />and a minimum of 2 years of relevant ILS experience<br /><br />In lieu of a degree, a minimum of<br /><br />8 years of relevant ILS experience<br /><br />Preferred Additional Skills<br /><br />Experience in Integrated Logistics Support, electronics/radio maintenance, or reliability engineering.<br /><br />Familiarity with the company's RF Communications products (e.g., PRC-163, PRC-167, PRC-160, AN/PRC-117G, AN/PRC-152A, AN/PRC-150) and VSAT terminals.<br /><br />Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance tasks, including spare part analysis/forecasting, provisioning, MAC/MTA, LORA, and ILSP.<br /><br />Experience or certification in<br /><br />Lean Six Sigma<br /><br />and continuous improvement initiatives.<br /><br />Advanced proficiency in<br /><br />Microsoft Excel .<br /><br />Strong professional communication skills, including report writing and occasional customer presentations.<br /><br />Experience with business intelligence tools like<br /><br />Microsoft Power BI .<br /><br />Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Engineering and Product Service teams.<br /><br />Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.<br /><br />Proven track record of success in collaborative team environments.<br /><br />Practical knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through a combination of advanced education and experience.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
