In this position, you will serve as a vital link between consumers and healthcare providers, assisting individuals with their healthcare benefit inquiries and ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service by engaging thoughtfully with consumers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through healthcare options and processes.
