Crunch Fitness is rapidly expanding across Michigan, and we’re looking for a motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in creating an outstanding first impression and delivering an exceptional member experience.<br /><br />About the Role<br />The Member Services Representative (MSR) serves as the primary point of contact for all members and guests. You will provide a welcoming environment, support daily operations, and contribute to membership growth.<br /><br />Key Responsibilities<br />Member Experience<br /><br />Greet members and guests with professionalism and positive energy.<br /><br />Engage with members and assist with questions, services, and general support.<br /><br />Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.<br /><br />Sales &amp; Enrollment<br /><br />Conduct facility tours and present membership options.<br /><br />Enroll new members and set up billing information.<br /><br />Schedule new member onboarding sessions.<br /><br />Front Desk Operations<br /><br />Check members in according to company procedures.<br /><br />Manage member accounts, updates, and inquiries.<br /><br />Answer phone calls, schedule tours, and provide accurate club information.<br /><br />Support retail sales and promote club amenities.<br /><br />Team &amp; Facility Support<br /><br />Assist with light cleaning and maintenance reporting.<br /><br />Support group class check-ins and app assistance.<br /><br />Participate in team meetings and uphold Crunch’s “No Judgments” philosophy.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused.<br /><br />Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.<br /><br />Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.<br /><br />Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.<br /><br />CPR/AED certification (or completion within 30 days of hire).<br /><br />Why Join Crunch<br /><br />High-energy, inclusive work environment<br /><br />Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand<br /><br />Access to premium fitness facilities and innovative programming<br /><br />Location: In-person<br />Pay rate: $16.00 - $17.00/per hr.<br />Shift: Evenings/Weekends<br />Part-Time<br /><br />Website: www.primetimefitness.org<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
