Marketing Coordinator

SecureIt Tactical is currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Marketing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and/or leading core marketing functions including research, direct support to the marketing director, analyzing data, and helping with sales and marketing initiatives.<br /><br />Remote working and flexibility are important parts of our culture at SecureIt.<br /><br />To be successful in this role, you will be intellectually curious, responsive, highly communicative, approachable, and proactive, with a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Implement marketing campaigns. This includes promotional activities and materials, advertising, emails, SMS and online advertising campaigns.<br /><br />Analyze website analytics and manage social media platforms’<br /><br />Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.<br /><br />Write blog posts, social media posts and other marketing campaign content.<br /><br />Develop and present unique ideas for marketing campaigns.<br /><br />Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data<br /><br />Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations<br /><br />Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use. Interaction with customers and vendors.<br /><br />Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed<br /><br />Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership<br /><br />Perform other related duties as assigned.<br /><br />Requirements<br /><br />Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Ecom Sales and/or Marketing.<br /><br />Experience in working with contractors and vendors<br /><br />Ability to work across multiple projects effectively, with autonomy and flexibility.<br /><br />Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.<br /><br />Strong attention to detail.<br /><br />Sense of urgency and accountability in day-to-day work.<br /><br />Experience with shooting, tactical, hunting or law enforcement and work experience with these preferred.<br /><br />Experience working with creative tools like Canva and Photoshop are a plus!<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
