Description
To support essential service and order processes, the remote Associate Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate service delivery in a contract role requiring flexibility to work between 7 AM and 8 PM.<br />Key responsibilities<br /><br />Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels<br />Process customer orders, service requests, and required documentation<br />Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or fulfill requests<br /><br />Required qualifications<br /><br />High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service or related work experience, or an Associate's degree with demonstrated capability in a comparable role<br />Willingness to learn and improve processes<br />Strong multitasking skills using various communication channels<br />Basic computer and data entry skills<br />Ability to manage difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism
