This position calls for an individual that thrives in a team environment and is eager to collaborate. In this role you will utilize your skills in speaking, writing, and presenting to disseminate information to various groups within the organization.<br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Conduct specialized in‑depth research and analysis using multiple sources to support Survival, Resistance, Evasion and Escape (SERE) and Personnel Recovery (PR) policy, doctrine, curriculum development, training, exercises, training development projects, oral history projects, repatriation events, and contingency support for the Personnel Recovery Academy (PRA).<br />Perform multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of the R&amp;PD Assistant Lead and/or Lead.<br />Act as an individual contributor and/or member of a team and may perform some leadership functions for small projects/programs or other work activities.<br />Minimum Qualifications<br /><br />Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.<br />Working or academic experience researching, translating, and organizing complex concepts into usable written training materials.<br />Proficient with standard desktop computer systems and related software.<br />Preferred Qualifications<br /><br />Experience preparing training materials for staffing.<br />Bachelor’s degree or higher.<br />Graduation from Service level "C" Code of Conduct course.<br />Graduation from Professional Military Education course.<br />Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.<br />Effective speaking, writing, and presentation skills to express thoughts logically and clearly to a diverse audience.<br />Knowledge of doctrine, plans, policies, and procedures governing SERE/PR education and training.<br />Compensation and Benefits<br /><br />Hourly rate: $35/hr to $42/hr, based on education, experience, and market data. This hourly position is overtime‑eligible and falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA).
