Description
Apply adult learning theories and instructional design methodology to research, recommend, produce and edit training materials for a variety of delivery methods.<br /><br />The Instructional Designer will design and develop training materials, programs, courses, and assessments for the operation and service of heavy equipment to meet the internal and external customer needs.<br /><br />Identify performance, skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create learning experiences to fill these gaps. Design and execute knowledge transfer initiatives.<br /><br />The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that support employee performance, compliance, and organizational learning.<br /><br />Support the design and development of performance‑based adult training courses that may be classroom, virtual, or blended.<br /><br />Work collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop learning solutions.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
