Lead Developer<br />Your Opportunity as the Lead Developer IS Sales Marketing &amp; Enterprise Analytics – Sales/Trade Team<br />The Lead Developer on the IS Sales Marketing &amp; Enterprise Analytics – Sales/Trade Team actively participates in the planning, design, development, and support activities related to systems and integrations. This technical, hands-on position provides thought leadership on potential techniques for solutioning, serves as a mentor to other developers, and collaborates across IS to deliver quality deliverables. This role will be focused primarily on developing and supporting scalable solutions (both new and existing) to integrate a variety of on-premise applications and cloud solutions.<br />Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)<br />Work Arrangements: Hybrid work schedule ~25% in office presence<br />In this role, you will:<br />Application Delivery:<br />Serve as Technical Lead on small to medium-size projects, which includes creating a Solution Development Plan, as well as managing and holding other developers accountable for the technical delivery<br />Be an individual contributor for development tasks on large projects<br />Publish technical specifications and support documentation<br />Follow documented standards for development, code promotion, and change management practices<br />Provide guidance to business partners on favorable technologies and platforms during new application selection<br />Learn and apply new technology<br />Application Support:<br />Transactional applications and integrations (in &amp; out) in scope to support: CAS, TPM, Forge, TPM, Salesforce CRM, and several custom solutions<br />Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support new or revised business processes<br />Suggest and implement support process improvements to reduce ongoing support demand and take a more proactive approach<br />Support applications that require SOX compliance and are examined annually by internal and external audit<br />The Right Place for You<br />We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
