The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging business goals with operational execution. This position is responsible for ensuring client campaigns are set up for success - running efficiently, meeting compliance standards, and delivering strong performance outcomes.<br /><br />You’ll gather, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making, process optimization, and business growth. The right candidate brings curiosity, initiative, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement - always asking, "How can I make this work better?".<br /><br />RESPONSIBILITIES<br /><br />Owns the integration process for new and current partners; coordinating with tech, operations, and account managers to ensure integrations are set up correctly, on time, and functioning properly from day one.<br /><br />Verify all campaign tracking, routing, and targeting to ensure campaigns run as intended.<br /><br />Manage the campaign compliance process, ensuring adherence to client, legal, and regulatory guidelines.<br /><br />Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance metrics, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for optimization.<br /><br />Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to support internal decision-making.<br /><br />Collaborate with internal media teams and affiliate managers to optimize campaigns for maximum performance and alignment with client KPIs.<br /><br />Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to minimize operational errors.<br /><br />Resolve accounts payable or billing issues with client accounting teams to maintain smooth financial operations.<br /><br />REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILL<br /><br />Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.<br /><br />2-4 years of experience in business analysis, marketing operations, or campaign optimization (lead generation experience is a plus).<br /><br />Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.<br /><br />Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.<br /><br />Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for cross-functional teams and executive leadership.<br /><br />Experience collaborating across operations, marketing, and technology teams to drive business growth.<br /><br />Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated track record of improving systems, processes, or workflows.<br /><br />Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Copper) and campaign management tools.<br /><br />BENEFITS<br /><br />Our company offers great benefits: full healthcare package (medical, dental, vision, life), 401k with a company match, catered lunch, coffee, tea and snacks, paid parking, competitive pay, and much more!<br /><br />Details<br /><br />Location: Vancouver, WA<br /><br />Employment Type: Full-Time<br /><br />Salary: $82000. - $100000. /per year<br /><br />Skill Level: Mid-Senior Level<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
