Customer Service Representative

Overview<br /><br />Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Central Billing Office. This is a remote position (training on-site). We welcome candidates who bring diverse intellectual, gender, and ethnic perspectives to CCP.<br />Qualifications<br /><br />Excellent communication skills, problem solving, ability to multitask.<br />High school diploma or equivalent.<br />Minimum of one year of work experience.<br />Prior experience in a call center environment.<br />Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans.<br />Skill in using computer programs and applications.<br />Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and deal courteously with patients, employees, and the public.<br />Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.<br />Ability to maintain a professional poised attitude under pressure.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
