Overview<br />IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE LIFE & HEALTH LICENSE IN CA AND FL<br /><br />As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, primarily handling inbound calls related to voluntary benefits. You will support customers with enrollment processes, answer questions about available products, and ensure accurate and timely processing of supplemental benefits.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Respond to inbound customer calls regarding voluntary benefits.<br /><br />Assist with enrollment and explain product offerings clearly and professionally.<br /><br />Process enrollments for products such as:<br /><br />Critical illness insurance<br /><br />Disability insurance<br /><br />Other supplemental health products<br /><br />Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and guiding customers through benefit selections.<br /><br />Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain confidentiality of customer information.<br /><br />Qualifications<br /><br />Active Life & Health Licenses in California and Florida<br /><br />(required).<br /><br />Previous experience in customer service or insurance enrollment (preferred).<br /><br />Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefit options in a clear and professional manner.<br /><br />Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.<br /><br />Ability to work independently in a remote environment.<br /><br />Seniority level<br /><br />Associate<br /><br />Employment type<br /><br />Contract<br /><br />Job function<br /><br />Health Care Provider<br /><br />Industries<br /><br />Insurance<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
