This isn’t just about answeringquestions, it’s about delivering clarity, confidence, and reassurance.<br /><br />Your day may include helping a customer track an order, walkingsomeone through a technical issue, or clarifying account details.You’ll work across chat, email, and sometimes phone channels,adapting your communication style to each situation.
