Job Title<br /><br />Customer Service Representative II – Remote (Full‑time, 40 hrs/week)<br />Compensation &amp; Benefits<br /><br />Pay:<br /><br />$17.50 per hour<br /><br />(paid bi‑weekly). Incentive:<br /><br />$1.00 per hour<br /><br />for hours 6:00PM–6:00AM, and<br /><br />$1.50 per hour<br /><br />for hours Friday 6:00PM–Monday 6:00AM. Eligible for bonus or incentive based on business need.<br />Equipment provided: desktop computer, monitor, keyboard, headset, mouse, and 8‑ft ethernet cord.<br />Full benefit options available, including health insurance, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, PTO, and vacation/sick time.<br />Training &amp; Schedule<br /><br />Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM EST (4 weeks)<br />Production: Start 8:30AM–4:30PM EST, end 5:00PM–1:00AM EST; 5 days on/2 days off schedule.<br />About the Role<br /><br />This is an inbound call center for child support customers in multiple states. Responsibilities include answering calls promptly from blended queues, resolving issues in one call, documenting requests and complaints accurately, and providing clear information based on program requirements.<br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Answer calls in a timely manner from blended call queues.<br />Provide one‑call resolution by asking pertinent questions.<br />Maintain up‑to‑date support knowledge through training.<br />Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances.<br />Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on understanding of program requirements.<br />Qualifications<br /><br />High school diploma or GED.<br />1 year of customer service / call center experience.<br />Proficient computer skills (Microsoft 365, AVAYA phone systems, etc.).<br />Basic understanding of a call center environment and quality monitoring processes.<br />Ability to sit for long periods of time.<br />Ability to submit to and pass a background check.<br />Eligibility Restrictions<br /><br />Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we may only hire candidates residing in states where the compensation structure complies with wage regulations.
