AI Product Analyst

We are seeking a<br /><br />Product Analyst (AI Software Development &amp; Cloud Systems)<br /><br />to support the development and enhancement of AI-enabled software products.<br />This role focuses on supporting the<br /><br />software development lifecycle (SDLC)<br /><br />through product analysis, system evaluation, and data-driven insights in a cloud-based engineering environment. The position works closely with software engineers and technical teams to ensure product features are accurately defined, tested, and optimized.<br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Support Agile development teams by translating product requirements into structured technical specifications and participating in sprint-based development activities.<br />Evaluate AI-driven software features to identify system behavior issues, anomalies, and edge cases across development and production environments.<br />Support feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readiness across environments.<br />Perform data analysis using<br /><br />SQL<br /><br />and<br /><br />Python (Pandas)<br /><br />to assess product performance and generate actionable insights.<br />Build and maintain dashboards and reports using<br /><br />Tableau or Power BI<br /><br />for product performance tracking and experimentation analysis.<br />Work within an<br /><br />AWS cloud environment<br /><br />to monitor application performance, review system logs (CloudWatch), and support system reliability analysis.<br />Collaborate with software engineers and QA teams during development cycles to support testing, debugging, and release validation.<br />Document system behavior, technical requirements, and product specifications using structured formats in tools like<br /><br />Jira and Confluence .<br />Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<br /><br />Proficiency in<br /><br />SQL<br /><br />for data querying, transformation, and analysis.<br />Working knowledge of<br /><br />Python (Pandas)<br /><br />for data analysis and reporting.<br />Experience with<br /><br />Tableau or Power BI<br /><br />for dashboard creation and visualization.<br />Familiarity with<br /><br />Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools<br /><br />for product tracking and documentation.<br />Understanding of<br /><br />Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)<br /><br />and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).<br />Exposure to<br /><br />AWS services (CloudWatch, S3, or similar)<br /><br />in cloud-based application environments.<br />Basic understanding of APIs, JSON data structures, and software systems.<br />Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and capability to interpret technical and product data.<br />Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field .<br />Role Summary<br /><br />This position is a<br /><br />technical product analysis role within a software engineering environment , focused on supporting AI product development, system evaluation, and cloud-based application performance monitoring.
