We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bluefors. In this role, you will support customer interactions by processing requests, generating quotations, and ensuring accurate order handling, all while delivering a high level of service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to contribute to a growing and innovative organization.<br /><br />Main Responsibilities<br /><br />Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer order status and product inquiries<br /><br />Process customer orders and order changes in accordance with established policies and procedures<br /><br />Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer needs and issues<br /><br />Provide timely feedback regarding customer concerns<br /><br />Perform export compliance screenings in accordance with company policies<br /><br />Review purchase orders, contracts, and terms and conditions for accuracy and compliance<br /><br />Perform additional duties as assigned<br /><br />What We Expect From You<br /><br />High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience<br /><br />Six months to one year of related experience in customer service or administrative role preferred<br /><br />Associate degree or coursework from a two-year college or technical school preferred<br /><br />Strong customer/client focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships<br /><br />Excellent time management and organizational skills<br /><br />Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal<br /><br />Ability to work independently and in a team environment<br /><br />Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with basic data entry and processing skills<br /><br />Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, manuals, and instructions<br /><br />Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy<br /><br />Dependability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment<br /><br />Commitment to safety and alignment with company Leadership Principles and workplace competencies<br /><br />Excellent command of English, both written and spoken<br /><br />We Also Appreciate<br /><br />Experience working with ERP systems and CRM software<br /><br />Bilingual or multilingual communication skills<br /><br />A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support<br /><br />Ability to identify process improvements and contribute ideas<br /><br />Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities<br /><br />A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to work<br /><br />Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment<br /><br />A positive attitude and strong alignment with company values, including safety, diversity, and organizational effectiveness<br /><br />Physical Demands<br />This role operates in both office and manufacturing environments. The position requires regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, and copiers. While in the manufacturing environment, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally to humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, heat, cold, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level is usually moderately loud, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as applicable.<br /><br />Work Environment<br />This role operates in both office and manufacturing environments. The employee interacts with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining confidentiality as needed. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers are used regularly.
