Senior Civil Designer

FirstFour Staffing is partnered with a respected architectural and design firm in Baldwin County, AL to add a skilled<br /><br />Civil CAD Technician/Designer<br /><br />to their growing team. This is a full-time,<br /><br />onsite<br /><br />role focused on supporting civil engineering and site development projects using<br /><br />AutoCAD Civil 3D .<br /><br />Key Responsibilities:<br /><br />Produce and revise drawings for site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D<br /><br />Prepare detailed engineering plans, profiles, and specifications<br /><br />Develop grading and road design plans in accordance with project requirements<br /><br />Research and apply regulatory codes and design standards<br /><br />Support the design of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including master-planned communities<br /><br />Assist in meeting project milestones within defined scope, budget, and timeline<br /><br />Qualifications:<br /><br />Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or site development design<br /><br />Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required<br /><br />Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)<br /><br />Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment<br /><br />Commitment to quality, accuracy, and collaborative teamwork<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
