The role extends to working collaboratively with different business departments, including support, operations, sales, and more.<br />Main Responsibilities:<br />Collaborate with the Product Owner to identify improvement opportunities.<br />Facilitate creative workshops with key stakeholders.<br />Build and maintain relationships with customers.<br />Coordinate and lead activities across the product range, working closely with development, projects, and sales teams.<br />Liaise with essential project stakeholders.<br />About The Candidate:<br />Proven experience in requirements gathering and business analysis methodologies.<br />Demonstrable proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and manipulation.<br />Strong general IT knowledge and experience at ease in a Windows server environment.<br />Effective communicator, adept at eliciting ideas and conveying information clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.<br />Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.<br />Consortia is a specialist recruitment agency with consultants focused on global roles within UX, Product, Data, and Engineering markets.
