Resupply Customer Service Representative, a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the respiratory and enteral nutrition industry, processing orders, verifying insurance, and assisting patients with their needs.<br />Key Responsibilities<br /><br />Process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for resupply needs<br />Verify insurance and manage patient prescriptions, including prior authorizations<br />Communicate with patients and providers through various channels<br /><br />Required Qualifications<br /><br />High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or some college preferred<br />Work experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company<br />Strong PC skills, particularly with the MS Office suite
