In this role, you will provide support to our customers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need. The company crafts and distributes premium steel buildings with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This is a remote work from home position. Candidates must be located in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.<br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Follow up on customer inquiries<br />Schedule appointments<br />Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately<br />Contribute to company reports<br />Maintain organization of daily duties<br />Provide excellent customer service to customers<br />Qualifications<br /><br />High school diploma/GED required<br />Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar position<br />Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint<br />Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects<br />This is a remote position.<br /><br />#J-18808-Ljbffr
