- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in airport operations or customer service in the aviation industry
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (as on June 1, 2024)
- Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, knowledge of airport operations
For Customer Service Agent:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in aviation or hospitality)
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (as on June 1, 2024)
- Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and local language, computer literacy
For Ramp Service Agent:
- Educational Qualification: 12th pass from a recognized board or institution
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in airport ground handling (preferred but not mandatory)
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (as on June 1, 2024)
- Physical Requirements: Physically fit, ability to lift and handle heavy luggage
For Handyman:
- Educational Qualification: 10th pass from a recognized board or institution
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field
- Age Limit: Maximum 25 years (as on June 1, 2024)
- Physical Requirements: Physically fit, ability to perform manual tasks
Additional Requirements (For All Positions):
- Valid airport entry pass or ability to obtain one
- Willing to work in shifts, including night shifts
- Willing to be posted at any airport location in India
