<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Customer Service Representative</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> New York, NY 10004</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong> Hybrid | 9 AM – 5 PM M-F</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $20- $24/hr</p><p><strong>Contract Length:</strong> 2 months (possible extension)</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of customer service experience</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Hospital Experience required </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish/Chinese/Russian/Bengali</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle patient and client inquiries, process medication and supply requests, and ensure timely delivery. The role includes assisting members with recertification, enrollment, and retention activities, maintaining records, and providing exceptional support to improve customer satisfaction and experience.</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Assist all lines of business (Medicaid/Medicare/MLTC/CHP/EP) in retaining current members.</li><li>Follow a strategic daily schedule including AM/PM hours, field locations, and weekends for optimal member outreach.</li><li>Support members with recertification and enrollment processes, making them seamless and easy.</li><li>Identify and resolve barriers affecting the member experience in coordination with different teams.</li><li>Maintain daily outreach and renewal goals to improve member retention.</li><li>Help members with plan changes, re-enrollment, premium payments, PCP selection, and locating providers/vendors.</li><li>Provide end-to-end customer support to enhance satisfaction and experience.</li><li>Communicate effectively with members verbally and in writing for all retention activities.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and support ad hoc projects.</li><li>Report trends and issues observed during member outreach to support organizational improvement.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><em>Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts.</em></p>
